Jonny Fa'amatuainu (born 29 December 1983 in New Zealand) is a rugby union player for Scarlets in the Magners League. Fa'amatuainu's position of choice is as a Flanker (rugby). Fa'amatuainu enjoyed an outstanding 2007/2008 season for Bath Rugby and was rewarded with the award for the team's 'Most Improved Player'. He joined Scarlets on a season-long loan[1][2] from Bath Rugby in July 2010 as he had seen little game time the previous season and would be further hindered by the arrival of Lewis Moody at Bath.[3]
